In the view of the increasing spread of the Coronavirus we are monitoring the situation in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of you the customer. We are committed to carrying out our work albeit in a different way. Our business remains open and we would like to inform you of our service protocol should you wish to go ahead.
Our engineers are all fully aware of the nature of COVID-19 and our equipped appropriately with gloves, masks, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer and all PPE as required, and the knowledge of where and when to cleanse. The engineer would telephone you when he arrives outside your home to arrange access. You can be in another part of the house having arranged access for him. On completion all necessary controls, boiler casings and door handles will be sanitised. Payment can be via phone or by BACS payment. Should there be any problem subsequently with the boiler/appliance we will contact you via telephone.
The showroom is closed but an appointment can be booked via telephone by calling 0151 625 2933 to discuss your heating maintenance or fire requirements. Please call Natalie or Kim Monday to Saturday between 9am until 1 pm.
